arriving either Thurs 19th June or Friday 20th June

Arriving Thursday 19th June into Dublin and overnight with Barry Baker close to Maynooth. (depending on numbers we can sleep 10 and can suggest local B&B if numbers grow beyond this).  We have a converted barn at our home which can sleep 6/8 this has become vacant and I can offer accomodation here for the Thurs night it is also not far from Dunlavin and Mondello so anyone on a budget are very welcome to stay here on Saturday and Sunday.
Early start to meet with the other cars at Lumville House Hotel on the Curragh.
 
Day 1 Friday 20th June
Head for Lumville House Hotel on the Curragh to meet up with other members of the Hrca at 11am.

















11am depart for Birr county offaly approx 2 hour drive with stops
 
1pm arrive Birr castle for Lunch and a tour of the Castle and one of the oldest working telescopes in the grounds of the Castle.
3pm depart for Cloughjordan (20min drive) booking in to either Cloughjordan House or Djangos Hostel Cloughjordan Eco village.
4pm tour of the Eco village finishing in a local Hostelery for a pint of the Black stuff.
8pm long table dinner in Cloughjordan House.

Day 2 Saturday 21st June (Change of plan from original)
9am depart Cloughjordan heading for a trip over the Slieve Bloom Mountains finishing in Emo at Emo House for Lunch Stop around 1pm. Depart Emo heading for Dunlavin Co Wiclow taking in part of the Gordan Bennett race route and the Curragh home to the Curragh races in the 60's.
Arriving Dunlavin 4pm parade through the town as part of the Towns Arts Festival finishing at Deerings on the main street for a BBQ. Secure parking has been arranged at a local farm.
Overnight in either Local Dunlavin B&B, Killashee House Hotel 15 mins drive towards Naas or Bakers barn (40 min drive sleeps 6/8 can offer free accomodation.)

Day 3 Sunday 22nd June
8am depart for Mondello Race track (30 min drive) arriving 8.30am
9am to 10am scrutiny we can loan or borrow some race suites helmets etc for those who don't have
11am race briefing transponders are used for timing can be rented for the day €20
12noon practice race which is used for your handicap
1pm Lunch in the HRCA suite
3pm actual race
4pm prize giving tea and coffee
5pm return to Killashee for dinner and those who have any energy left a libation
